
The S.I.G.H program, which stands for Strength in Growth and Healing, is an 8-week trauma recovery program designed for adults aged 21-65 who meet DSM-V criteria for trauma-related conditions.
This program focuses on addressing trauma head-on with a comprehensive approach, combining group therapy, trauma-informed body work, individual counseling, and skill-building techniques. Some key features include:
- Up to 3 hours of treatment per week for 8 weeks
- Evidence-based therapies like DBT, CBT, EMDR, and more
- Holistic approaches, including bodywork and mindfulness
- Customized treatment plans with licensed, culturally competent clinicians

T.E.E.N. Summit Skills Group for ages 13-16 is an in-person mental health and life skills group.
T.E.E.N. Summit Skills Group (Teens Empowering their Everday Narrative) is a skills based group which includes connecting with other peers in the group. Group topics include Social Skills, Anger Management, Coping Skills, Communication, and Relationships.
This in-person group is facilitated by Johnnie Geathers, LSW on Tuesdays from 6-7:30pm at our Penn Hills office: 10 Duff Road Suite 201, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.
Each group cohort lasts 8-10 weeks and is limited to 8 participants. An individual therapist is recommended but NOT required to participate.
Insurances accepted include Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United, UPMC Commercial and Medicaid. Self-pay is also an option and is $40 per group plus an intake as needed.
